In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Communication Technology under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Technology in the institutions listed above are:
Maths, Economics and any one of Account, Commerce and Government
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) BELLS and FUTO require Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates
To apply for Communication Technology as a UTME candidate, you require: Five SSCE credit passes including English Language, Economics and Mathematics
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) BELLS require five SSCE Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other Science subject.
Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates
To apply for Communication Technology as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: A’ Level passes/ND and HND in relevant fields into 200 and 300 levels
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) BELLS accepts
(a) Two A’ Level passes in Mathematics and Physics.
(b) ND/HND in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least an Upper Credit from a recognized Polytechnic
