In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Library and Information Management under the Faculty of Education in the institutions listed above are:

O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates

To apply for Library and Information Management as a UTME candidate, you require: Five SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant Arts/Science/Social Science subjects.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) UNIZIK accepts five TC II merits including English Language and at least a pass in Mathematics.

Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates

To apply for Library and Information Management as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: (i) Two A’ level passes in relevant subject plus UTME requirements.

(ii) NCE (merit) in relevant subjects.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) UNIZIK requires one of the ‘A’ level or NCE subject to be combined with Library Science.
