Introduction to PHE as a School Subject

Physical and Health Education (PHE) is a vital subject in the school curriculum that focuses on promoting physical fitness, healthy living, and overall well-being. It is designed to help students develop physical skills, understand the importance of exercise, nutrition, and hygiene, and foster a positive attitude towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Through PHE, students engage in various physical activities such as sports, games, and fitness exercises, which not only improve their physical health but also enhance teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills.

Additionally, PHE educates students on the prevention of diseases, the benefits of regular physical activity, and the impact of lifestyle choices on their long-term health.
