JAMB UTME Subject Combination
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Community Health under the Faculty of Medical, Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences in the institutions listed above are:
- Mathematics,
- Physics and
- Chemistry
O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates
To apply for Community Health as a UTME candidate, you require: Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any three from Nutrition, Chemistry, Physics, Religious Studies, Geography, Economics, Nigerian Language Plus at least a pass in English Language, Food and Nutrition/Home Management.
Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates
To apply for Community Health as a Direct Entry candidate, you require:
(i) SHEHU IDRIS requires five ‘O’ level credits in English language, Biology/Health Science, one subject from Chemistry, Food and Nutrition/Home Economics, Physics or Geography and two subjects chosen from Economics, Accounts, Commerce, Agric Science, Government and Social Science.
(ii) NKST-COTECH requires credit pass in English Language.
