JAMB UTME Subject Combination
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Industrial Relations and Personnel Management under the Faculty of Administration in the institutions listed above are:
Mathematics, Economics plus one other subject.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNILAG accepts Economics, Mathematics and any Science, Social Science or Arts subject.
O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates
To apply for Industrial Relations and Personnel Managementas a UTME candidate, you require: Five SSCE credits including English Language, Mathematics, Economics plus any two subjects listed under the Direct Entry column.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNILAG requires five ‘O’ level credits to include English language, Mathematics, Economics and any other Science, Social Science or Arts subject.
Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates
To apply for Industrial Relations and Personnel Management as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: Two ‘A’ level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government, Geography and Statistics.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNIOSUN requires two ‘A’ level passes in Economics and any of one of Government, History, Geography, Accounting, Mathematics or natural or social science subjects. Accepts ND (lower credit) in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Statistics.
(ii) UNILAG accepts very good passes in three JUPEB/A-LEVEL subjects: Economics and any other two (2) subjects from Accounting, Business Studies/Management, Government and Geography.
