JAMB Subject Combination for Mathematics with Computer Science
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Mathematics with Computer Science under the Faculty of Sciences in the institutions listed above are: Mathematics and any two of Physics, Chemistry and Economics or Geography.

(i) UNIPORT require Mathematics and any two of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Do not accepts Geography.
O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates (JAMB Brochure for Mathematics with Computer Science)
To apply for Mathematics with Computer Science as a UTME candidate, you require: Five SSCE credit passes including English Language, Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry.

(I) UNIPORT requires credit passes in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates
To apply for Mathematics with Computer Science as a Direct Entry candidate, you require:
(i) Two ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics and any other science subject.
(ii) NCE with at least merit in Mathematics and one of Physics, Chemistry or Economics
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) MAUTRCH do not accept NCE.
(ii) UNIPORT – No Direct Entry Admission.
(iii) MAUTECH accept ND (Upper credit) in Computer Science.
(iv) MAUTECH accept Economics
