JAMB UTME Subject Combination
In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Welding and Fabrication Technology under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Technology in the institutions listed above are:
- Mathematics,
- Physics/Technical Drawing or
- Chemistry
O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates
To apply for Welding and Fabrication Technology as a UTME candidate, you require: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and any two subjects from Biology/ Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Woodwork (for Civil Engineering Tech.), Further Mathematics, English Language, Geography, Economics/ Commerce. At least a credit pass in English Language is required.
Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates
To apply for Welding and Fabrication Technology as a Direct Entry candidate, you require:
(i) OGWASHIUKU accepts Biology, Statistics, Woodwork, F/Art, Metalwork, F/Mathematics and Agricultural Science.
