2. Enter your JAMB email.

5. Select the nature of your complaint.
6. Enter the subject of your enquiry.
7. Then fill the message box. In the message box, you are expected to detail your complaint or enquiry. You can also attach a file or document to buttress your point if need be.
8. Click the Send button.
After sending your JAMB complaint or enquiry, remember to also write down your Ticket ID. And ensure that you fill a functional email in the complaint form. This is very important.
So JAMB will send you an email notification as soon as a response has been made on your ticket.
How to Track your Submitted JAMB Support Ticket

Did you copy your Support Ticket ID? You can use it to track the resolution of your complaint.
Sir my sim that I used for jamb was stolen and I don’t know what to to for the jamb ticket
If you no longer have any means of tracking your JAMB support ticket, I suggest you continue to check your profile to know when the correction has reflected.
Otherwise, visit JAMB office to resolve it.

I went to jamb for changing of name which the rejected it then I went back to complain and they told me to go to the nearby cafe to create jamb support ticket id which I did. For about two weeks I didn’t get any response from jamb and then I accidentally deleted the ticket id from my phone and since then I wasn’t able to retrieve it. Please is there another way I can retrieve it cause when I tried to create another ticket id they sent a message telling me I have an unsolved ticket that I should wait till it been resolved before I open another ticket please what can I do? cause it’s taking a whole lot of time
Without your JAMB support ticket id, there is not much you can do in terms of tracking the resolution of your complaint.
If you successfully applied to change of name, you can know if it has been handled by checking for the change in your JAMB profile.
Otherwise, you need to go to JAMB office for help.

Check if it was sent to your email. If it’s there, then you can retrieve it from there.

Please sir/ma, am a DE student, I choose LASU for my degree program to study mathematics Education, so Lasu has given me admission om their school portal but my jamb caps is showing AIP for over Two months now, I was so perplexes that I had to go to LASU to maje a complaint but I was told to keep checking my jamb caps but it almost a month now yet no changes.

Exercise a little more patience. Your JAMB CAPS should change accordingly.
If it doesn’t change in the nearest future, go to JAMB office ask them to help you sort out the issue.
Please help, I registered for jamb this year using my last years email address, I was sent a new password for my jamb portal login but I can’t use the password to login, keeps telling me invalid password, but I tried my last password and it worked, but it keeps showing me last years profile. Help please what do I do
Log in with the password that’s working. You will see a drop-down menu for year selection. Select the current year and your profile will show this year’s details.
Pls sir I did change of institution to another school but I have not been able to check if it has reflected on jambs portal or not and I’m not able to login to my jamb caps to check the status.

Good day sir, I changed my Name at a JAMB CBT centre but it has not been corrected on my JAMB portal..

I don’t know when you changed your name at the CBT center, it seems it would take a little while for the correction to be propagated if it was actually done.
So give it a little time.
If nothing happens, go back to the CBT center and complain.

The challenge is that it’s possible that JAMB sent the messages to the non-existent email account BEFORE you actually created it.

Normally, the JAMB CAPS admission status is supposed to change on its own when you get admitted. Hope it changes very soon.
In the meanwhile, you can make a formal complaint to OOU’s Admission/ICT department… Let them know about your case and see if they can help to reach out to JAMB to effect the change of your admission status on CAPS.

A JAMB support ticket is closed when the issue for which it was opened has been resolved.
my complaint is delay in corrections of date of birth after I have done the whole procedure involved.. so I lodged complain via jamb support ticket portal.. At first while I submitted,I recieved my ticket I.D … so I proceeded on to login… so it ticket portal status shows open in red… after 24hours I recieved a response via SMS, so I went back to the ticket port to check through it show s status closed in green.
what does that mean.. because my profile still showing wrong date of birth

CLOSED IN GREEN means that they have treated your case.
Give it some time and check back to see if it has reflected.
When you feel you have given it enough time and it’s still showing the wrong date, create another JAMB support ticket over the issue.
