JAMB Subject Combination for Estate Management And Valuation

In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Estate Management And Valuation under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Technology in the institutions listed above are:

1. Mathematics and any two of this subject
1. Economics,
2. Arts,
3. Technical Drawing,
4. Physics,
5. Chemistry,
6. Biology

O’Level Requirements for Estate Management And Valuation for UTME Candidates

To apply for Estate Management And Valuation as a UTME candidate, you require: Mathematics, English Language, with basic science subject and any two from the following:

(i) Geography,
2. Economics/Commerce,
3. Physics,
4. Biology,
5. Chemistry,
6. Technical Drawing,
7. Fine Art,
8. Woodwork,
9. Literature,
10. Metal Work,
11. Principles of Accounts and Book Keeping
12. Government

Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates (JAMB Brochure for Estate Management And Valuation)

To apply for Estate Management And Valuation as a Direct Entry candidate, you require:

(i) IMT – ENU accepts Literature in English as one of the UTME subjects

(ii) AUCHIPOLY, IBADANPOLY – LASPOTECH, OSUNTECH, AKWAIBOMPOLY – OKOPOLY and NEKEDEPOLY require credit pass in English Language.

(iii) EKITIPOLY and AKATH accept Woodwork, Literature in English, Metal Work and Accounts as course requirements.

Note: EKITIPOLY does not accept Metalwork.

(iv) YABATECH: requires five credit passes at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics and Economics or Geography, Physics/Chemistry and any of the following: Technical Drawing, Financial Accounting, Biology/Agriculture Science. It does not accept Art for UTME subject.

(v) IBADANPOLY – requires 5 credit passes at not more than 2 sittings. It also accepts Economics, Commerce, and Basic Surveying as part of course requirements.

(vi) MAPOLY and FEDPO -ILA require credit pass in Economics.

(vii) EDEPOLY – requires Mathematics and Economics/Geography as UTME subjects.

(viii)IBADANPOLY – accepts Government, Social Studies and  Commerce as part of course requirements.

(ix)PLAPOLY – requires O/L credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any one from Economics, Biology, Agric. Sci, physics, Chemistry and Fine Arts.

(x) AKWAIBOMPOLY – does not accept Agricultural Science, Commerce and Accounts.

(xi) FIDEIPOLY and RUGIPO require five credit passes at not more than two sittings to include a basic science subject, Mathematics, English Language and two other subjects from Chemistry,Fine Art, Geography, Economics, Physics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Government,Technical Drawing and Accounts.

(xii) AKANUPOLY – requires four O’ level credit passes to include Mathematics,English Language, Economics, a basic science (Physics,Biology or Chemistry) and any of Geography, Agricultural Science, Technical drawing, Woodwork, Literature, Metal Work, Accounting or Basic Survey. It also require Mathematics and any two of Economics, Physics, Chemistry and Agricultural Science as UTME subject.

(xiii) OFFAPOLY – requires Mathematics, Economics and any subject from Physics, Technical Drawing, Agricultural
Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geography or Building Construction as UTME subjects.

(xiv) BAUCHIPOLY – requires Economics, Mathematics and two of Physics, Chemistry, and Agric. Science in addition to PRE -ND from any recognized institution.

(xv) IMO – POLY requires five credit passes at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics and Economics or Geography, Physics/Chemistry and any of the following: Technical Drawing, Financial Accounting, Biology/Agriculture Science. It does not accept Art for UTME subject,but require credit pass in English Language.

(xvi)OKEPOLY – OGUN POLY and KAZAURE require credit pass in Economics.

UTME Subjects

(i) KADPOLY accepts Mathematics, Economics and any one from Physics,Chemistry,Biology/Agricultural
Science, Geography, Commerce, Financial Accounting, Technical Drawing or Fine Art.

(ii) OKEPOLY – OGUN POLY requires Economics.
