If you must be admitted to study Business Administration in a Nigerian tertiary institution, you must write Use of English, Mathematics and Economics.

The candidate can select any of the following social sciences subjects as the fourth: Government, Economics, CRS/IRS, Geography and so on.

This means that you can pick any one subject from the list above to complete your UTME subjects. If you are wise, you will select your best out of the list.
